Shipping & Handling
Sports Haven ships online orders priority mail with the US Postal Service, (three day delivery to most locations in US). 2nd Day or Next Day air service are available at additional cost. We do not ship internationally.
Most orders are shipped the next business day following placement. Our online and physical store share the same inventory. If an item is out of stock we will contact you.
We use Paypal as a reliable and safe way to process your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase. We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
When sending items back, please include the following information:
- Name & address
- contact information, email & phone
- A note listing the product you are returning and reason for the return/exchange along with the action you would like
On exchanges there is a fee, to cover the cost of shipping the item back to you. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when shipped back to us. We recommend that you insure and track your packages. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request for any reason, we will contact you.
